Training in Safe Crossing Techniques

Training in Safe Crossing Techniques – The SFMTA, in partnership with Safe Routes to School, will be hosting a training for school communities who are interested in learning how to assist students and the school community in safe crossing while going to and from school.  An SFMTA Field Trainer will work with the volunteers from SFUSD schools so that they can become comfortable and confident executing safe crossing techniques.  Volunteers at schools are not monitored or associated with the SFMTA Crossing Guard Program and will need to work with their Principals to choose the best location for their schools.
